*Applicants enrolled to a course will be registered for the exam with date and time corresponding with the same course code. Student who cannot attend the exam may extend the exam at most twice. Full examination fee will be charged for any changes made after that.

Fees include class, official course materials, wine tasting, examination and certificate.
